Aguilar Concrete Services, LLC was founded in 2000 when Eleno Aguilar, a seasoned foreman with decades of experience pouring concrete across Austin and Dallas, took a leap of faith and filed for a new business paperwork at City Hall with little money and no roadmap.
His son Benny grew up on job sites beside him, translating for his father and learning the trade from the ground up. After earning a degree in construction management, Benny returned full-time to lead operations, contracts, and client relationships. His sister Brenda joined to manage accounting, strengthening the business from the inside out.
What began as one man's determination has grown into one of Fort Worth's most trusted minority-owned concrete contractors — built on 25 years of hard work, integrity, and the belief that every dollar earned and every foundation poured is part of something bigger than a business. It's a legacy.
